The longer lifespan of the Long-Life product line is achieved through an additional salt supply, more precisely through pressed potassium chloride tablets.

Conventional sensors without this additional salt reserve have a much shorter lifespan.

Especially with low conductivity of the measuring medium, as is common in swimming pool technology, the consumption of the internal electrolyte in the sensor is greatly increased. This results in enormous wear and tear on the sensor.

However, our additional salt reserves constantly release new electrolytes to compensate for this loss. This results in a faster response time and extended lifespan.
