Did your delivery arrive damaged?
Please note the damage upon delivery and notify us. Ideally, please send us an email directly with photos of the damage. Returning the item is not always necessary; in some cases, you can dispose of the damaged item yourself to protect the environment. We will, of course, send you a replacement item immediately or refund the purchase price.
Your goods have defects, but you want to keep them?
Please send us photos of the defects by email. If necessary, we will be happy to offer you a price reduction.
Exchange of products
