Our refund and return policy ensures customer satisfaction, as you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we explain what to do here. Our refund policy complies with legal requirements and is intended to give you the peace of mind that you can shop with us with complete confidence.

Due to the additional organizational and logistical effort, the buyer always bears the return shipping costs. We cover the costs, for example, in the case of incorrect deliveries or non-functional goods.

Steps for a successful and uncomplicated return:

1. Pack the product as it was in its original condition (including accessories and packaging components) or so that the goods are properly secured.

2. Please complete the cancellation form and send it signed to: rueckgabe.aws@gmail.com. Note: You can find the cancellation form in the "Service" section of our website. Upon receipt of the cancellation form, we will send you all further (required) information.

3. Go to your nearest parcel shop and return the goods. Important: Keep the proof of return for the next 30 days.

4. After successful inspection of the goods, you will receive your money back to the account you used when ordering
